Not Given Up Yet

I have thought long and hard if I should carry on this website. It's not that I have been bone idle, I have spent a lot of time in the shed. Purchased a new printer to go alongside my now modded Tronxy X5SA. An AnyCubic Kobra does most of my day to day printing, and is a surprisingly robust little printer. I must do a little review of it sometime. I have also invested in a Creality CR-01 scanner, and I am rapidly getting to grips with it. Maybe one of you have an item you would like captured in 3D (I say this knowing no one reads what I write). And while I'm feeling a lot brighter these days I know that my black dog is there.

This is a single scan of a bronze statue, by combining a small number of scans you can produce highly detailed and accurate models. These can be sent straight to a 3D printer or saved for further processing.

My AnyCubic Kobra is now fully enclosed and now provides a stable environment for printing other hi-temp filaments. The Tronxy has had linear rails added and a sync'd Z axis.
